Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Acadimiz (operated by Zeenku in Casablanca, Morocco), you enter into a legally binding agreement under these Terms of Service. If registering on behalf of an institution, company, or school, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind that entity.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental/guardian permission to register an account or host an academy.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration credentials.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity taking place under your login credentials remains your responsibility. You must notify Acadimiz immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized account use.

If you build and manage an academy on Acadimiz:

• Content Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property rights over your courses, videos, documents, and branding.
• Platform License: You grant Acadimiz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transcode, display, and stream your content solely for operating your academy.
• Compliance & Ethics: You guarantee that your courses comply with Moroccan laws, copyright standards, consumer protection rules, and educational norms.
• Student Support & Refunds: You are responsible for setting clear course descriptions, handling student questions, and addressing refund requests in accordance with your published academy policy.

If you enroll in courses hosted on Acadimiz:

• Course License: Upon enrollment or purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and view course material for personal educational use.
• Prohibited Redistribution: You may not record, download (unless explicitly permitted), resell, publicly broadcast, or share account logins with third parties.
• Academic Integrity: Verified certificates issued through Acadimiz require legitimate completion of course modules and assessments. Attempting to tamper with progress tracking will result in account termination.

Financial terms governing Acadimiz platform subscriptions and course purchases:

• Platform Plans: Acadimiz subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually. Fees are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or USD.
• Transaction Fees: Platform transaction percentages apply to course sales based on your active plan tier.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed via CMI (Moroccan cards) or Stripe (international cards). Payouts to creators are conducted according to platform payout thresholds and schedules.
• Refunds & Consumer Rights: Purchases adhere to Moroccan Law N° 31-08 on Consumer Protection. Plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The Acadimiz platform, software code, user interface, brand assets, logos, and system architecture are the exclusive property of Zeenku. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.

Users agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including:

• Uploading infringing, pirated, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.
• Publishing hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or material inciting illegal acts.
• Attempting to introduce viruses, malware, scraping bots, or disrupting server operations.
• Engaging in fraudulent billing, spamming, or impersonation.

Acadimiz is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee error-free operation. To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, Zeenku shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from platform use.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any legal dispute or claim shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
